Graduate Green Belt Certificate
The Green Belt Certificate Program is focused on creating a high performance organization through a mindset with continuous improvement at its core. This certificate provides the theory and principles to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and continually search for productive solutions in organizations. An equal balance of quantitative and qualitative tools and practices are introduced which are commonly applied by todays successful organizations. After completing this sequence of courses, students should feel qualified to sit for their six sigma black belt examination. The certificate consists of four, 3-credit courses.
